We pride ourselves in the quality of people that make up the ELTHAM College Kids team. While every staff member brings a personal flavour to their roles, they also have a lot in common. Our people are carers by nature, investing themselves fully in their roles. They bring a nurturing and empathetic quality to everything they do. They are highly qualified for their respective positions. They are organised, resourceful and highly creative while offering practical solutions and support. They form close bonds with the children and become trusted and valued partners of the families who attend our centres. We think they’re pretty special people and we’re sure you will too.

Happy staff, happy children

We’re a fun loving bunch here, but we take our work seriously. Our team of dedicated child care professionals includes an experienced kindergarten teacher, qualified carers and child care assistants for each centre. And all staff participate in ongoing professional development and training to keep them up to date with latest best practices and education techniques. We make staff happiness a priority too. And because our staff enjoy working here and being long term members of our team, your child enjoys the comfort of consistent care and familiar faces.
